Hotel Reservation Information and Policies

(Effective from June 1, 2026, until further notice)

Early Check-in

For Standard, Superior, and Superior Jacuzzi rooms (Standard free check-in: from 4:00 PM)

  • Between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM: Additional fee of €20 / room or 8,000 HUF / room
  • Between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM: Additional fee of €10 / room or 4,000 HUF / room

Late Check-out

(Standard free check-out: until 10:00 AM)

Standard and Superior Rooms:

  • Between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM: Additional fee of €10 / room or 4,000 HUF / room
  • Between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM: Additional fee of €20 / room or 8,000 HUF / room
  • After 2:00 PM: The current daily rate (as per website) will be charged. In this case, the room can be used until 10:00 AM the following morning.

Superior Jacuzzi Rooms:

  • Between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM: Additional fee of €15 / room or 5,000 HUF / room for every started hour. (Grace period until 10:15 AM)
  • After 2:00 PM: The current daily rate (as per website) will be charged. In this case, the room can be used until 10:00 AM the following morning. (No grace period available after 2:00 PM)

Breakfast Options

(Must be ordered at least 72 hours in advance)

  • Cold Platter & Coffee Package: 4,500 HUF / person
    • Includes: 2-3 types of cold cuts, cheese, butter/cheese spread, vegetables, fresh bakery products, Topjoy juice, coffee, tea, and cocoa.
  • Food Allergies: Dietary requirements can only be met if requested in advance.
  • Gluten-free Diet Surcharge: +1,000 HUF / person / occasion

General Information & Services

  • Pets: Our hotel does not accept pets.

  • Parking:

    • Free parking is provided for one vehicle per room.
    • Additional vehicles: 3,000 HUF / day / vehicle.
    • Vehicles over 3 meters (RV/motorhome, bus, truck): 3,000 HUF / day.

  • Electric Vehicle Charging: 3 charging stations are available in the parking lot.

    • Fee: 8,000 HUF / charge or €20 / charge.

Payment Conditions

  • Bank Cards: American Express cards are not accepted at our property.
  • Bank Transfer (Revolut): For Revolut transfers, a security deposit may be required if the funds have not been cleared by the time of arrival.
  • Refunds: All banking fees related to refunds shall be borne by the customer/buyer.
  • Cafeteria Cards: Can only be used to pay for the accommodation fee. Other services and local taxes (IFA) must be paid via other methods.
